摘要
通过对现代造船企业生产管理模式的分析,结合瓶颈、TOC、JIT理论,提出了分层、分散型造船调度系统模型,将调度过程分为厂级计划调度层、车间计划调度层和工段级控制层3个层次.利用多智能体系统分布式自主决策及Agent之间共同协作的特点,建立了基于多智能体系统的现代造船业调度系统模型,探讨了综合日程智能体Agent的结构、智能体之间的协商、通讯机制.基于多智能体系统的造船计划调度系统,有助于造船业调度问题的解决,为造船业提供指导.
The mode of production management in modern shipbuilding enterprises was analyzed.Through the bottleneck,TOC and JIT,a hierarchical and distributed shipbuilding scheduling system was proposed.The system included enterprise scheduling,workshop scheduling,and production field scheduling.By means of the properties of distributed decision-making and cooperation between agents,the MAS-based shipbuilding scheduling system was established.Function structure of general schedule of Agent,mechanisms of negotiation and communication between agents were discussed.Moreover,the problem of scheduling was solved.This may provide instructions for the shipbuilding enterprises.
