酸性废水内衬HDPE长输管道设计实践

摘要 瓮福(集团)在国内同行业中首次采用酸性废水代替硫酸作选矿调整剂新工艺和内穿插管道输送技术,节约了硫酸和水的消耗。选择单级泵站和钢衬HDPE管设计将酸性废水长距离输送到选矿厂循环使用,实现了水系统的封闭循环,符合国家循环经济和资源的综合利用政策,具有明显的经济效益和环境效益。 New process of using acidic waste water to replace sulfuric acid as flotation conditioning agent and the technology of insert- ing HDPE pipeline into steel pipeline for the transportation of acidic waste water were adopted by Wengfu (Group) firstly in same domestic industry. Design of single-stage pumping station and inserting HDPE liner into steel pipeline can realize closed cycle of water system. Acidic waste water can be transported to mineral proceaing plant to be used as flotation conditioning agent via the long distance pipeline. The design conforms to national circular economy policies and resource comprehensive utilization policies, and has obvious economic benefit and environmental benefit.
