摘要
建立了凸轮激波行星减速器凸轮作动传动链部件的空间质量模型及惯性力矢量表达式,该惯性力是减速器激振的主要来源;建立了综合惯性力作用下的减速器系统的振动模型,并在此基础上推导出凸轮激波行星减速器系统在静平衡位置时的微分方程,得出凸轮激波行星减速器在惯性力作用下的幅频特性;在对凸轮传动链部件综合惯性力完全平衡的条件下,提出系统的平衡方法及平衡块的设计方法,此方法可适用于凸轮激波的各式行星减速器,便于计算机编程实现。
Space mass model and inertial force vector expression of the cam transmission chain components of a shock wave cam planetary reducer is established.The inertial force is the main source of reducer vibration.A reducer system vibration model under the effect of integrated inertial force is also investigated.Based on the model,the differential equations when the system is in static equilibrium position is established,and its amplitude-frequency characteristics were also determined.Considering the condition of complete balance of integrated inertial force of cam transmission chain components,a scientific method on balancing and the balanced block designing was put forward.This method can be widely used in all types of shock wave cam planetary reducer,and can improve the accuracy and the efficiency of designing.
