胶东沿海地区艾蒿精油成分的研究 被引量:3

摘要 以胶东沿海地区盛产的野生艾蒿为原料,以石油醚为溶剂,用索氏提取器提取艾蒿精油,用气相色谱质谱联用仪对精油的化学成分进行了研究.从中分离并鉴定了30种有机化合物,其中15种成分在内陆地区的艾蒿精油文献中没有报道过.其主要成分为桉油醇(24.54%)、石竹烯(11.57%)、樟脑(9.16%)、刺柏烯(7.87%)、长叶烯(5.30%).与内陆地区的艾蒿相比,沿海地区的艾蒿在成分上有显著的差异,具有杀菌保健功能的活性物质含量更高,极具开发利用价值. The chemical components of essential oil from Artemisia argyi of Jiaodong Peninsula Coast are studied. The essential oil is extracted by using Soxhlet extractor and its components are identified by GC-MS. 30 compounds are separated and identified. Of which, 15 compounds have not ever been reported in essential oil from inland Artemisia argyi. The chief chemical components of Jiaodong Arternisia oil are eucalyptol (24. 54% ), caryophyllene(9.77% ), camphor(9. 16% ), longifolene(5.30% ) . Compared with that from inland Arternisia argyi, Jiaodong Artemisia oil is significantly different in the composition and its plenty bactericidal components. Considering its uncommon and unique difference in components, the development and utilization value will be particularly great.
