摘要
转型期我国大学在回应社会剧变的挑战过程中获得了快速发展,但在教育价值取向和人才培养模式选择等问题上却出现了"钱学森式"的困惑和迷思。大学声誉、大学质量依存于人才质量,人才质量依托于人才培养模式,故人才培养模式是大学教育质量的关键性因素,是大学发展的基本前提。在社会转型的总体背景下,我国大学人才培养模式应遵循学生发展本位、教学环节本位、社会需求本位的价值取向,确立合理的大学人才培养模式改革思路,设计出合理的、可行性的培养体制与制度。
In transitional period, Chinese Universities have developed rapidly in response to the huge social change, but there have emerged some QIAN Xue serfs type of confusion in the aspects of education value orientation and personnel training mode selection. Reputation, quality of universities depend on the quality of talents which relies on the talent training model, Thus, talents training model is the key of university education quality, is the basic premise of university development. In the context of the overall social transformation, the talents training model in Chinese university should follow the student--centered, teaching--based, social requires-- based value, to establish a reasonable development strategy and design a reasonable talents training system.
