摘要
研究了以甲醛活化的壳聚糖为载体固定化l天冬酰胺酶,其活力回收可达到113%,比用以戊二醛为交联剂进行固定化的活力回收要高出五倍多。分别从缓冲液的pH值及甲醛用量等方面进行了固定化l-天冬酰胺酶的条件优化,并且对固定化酶的性质作了探讨。
asparaginase was immobilized on chitosan activated by formaldehyde. Experiments showed that the activity retention could reach 113%, which was nearly five times the activity of immobilized l asparaginase by using glutaraldehyde as crosslinking reagent.The optimum immobilization conditions were obtained by investigating the buffer pH value and formaldehyde dosage. The properties of immobilized l asparaginase were also studied.
