摘要
采用水热晶化法成功地合成了Tiβ分子筛.运用XRD,IR,UVVis和SEM等多种现代物理技术表征了合成的Tiβ分子筛样品的物化特性,证明了它具有BEA拓扑结构,结晶良好,且钛原子进入了分子筛的骨架,无非骨架钛存在,晶粒大小约为03μm.考察了合成路线、晶化时间等因素对Tiβ分子筛的影响,发现不同合成路线只对结晶度有影响,晶化时间在10~12d较好.探针反应结果表明,Tiβ分子筛对苯乙烯氧化具有较好的催化性能.
Ti β molecular sieves through isomorphous replacement of Si by Ti in zeolite β have been successfully synthesized according to hydrothermal procedure. The samples are subjected to physicochemical characterization by XRD, IR, UV Vis and SEM. The results confirm that Ti β molecular sieves contain a BEA phase of good crystallinity, Ti is incorporated in the framework, there are no extraframework Ti species, Ti β crystals are round and their size is about 0 3 μm. The synthesis routes only have effect on crystallinity of Ti β molecular sieves. To obtain pure Ti β molecular sieves, the optimum crystallization time is between 10 and 12 d. Ti β molecular sieves exhibit good catalytic behavior in the selective oxidation of styrene with H 2O 2, which indirectly prove that the titanium atoms are indeed introduced in the framework.
