摘要
已知在加氢汽油介质中Ni(naph)_2—Al(i-Bu)_3—(BF_3·OEt_2+n-C_8H_(17)OH)体系为胶体催化剂.本文应用FT-IR谱结合Tyndall效应,电导率,UV-Vis,ESR谱对催化剂各组分的相互作用进行研究.得出Ni(naph)_2被Al(i-Bu)_3还原的主要产物是Ni^0;被(i-Bu)_2AlO(i-Bu)还原的主要产物Ni^+(naph)^-,Ni^0聚结成胶粒(Ni^0)_n,胶粒表面的Ni^0或吸附的Ni^+是活性中心组分,与(i-Bu)~2AlBF_4形成配合物,给出了活性中心模型.丁二烯对形成活性中心无影响,仅起稳定胶粒的作用.
Using IR spectrum, Tyndall effect , electric conductivity, UV - Vis and ESR spectra, the reaction mechanism of catalyst components as studied. The main reduced product of Ni(naph)2 by Al( i - Bu)3 was Ni0. The main reduced product by ( i - Bu)2AlO( i - Bu) was Ninaph. Ni0 aggregated as colloidal particles (Ni0)n, Ni0 and Ni+ located on the surface of colloidal particles are active center parts. They coordinate with (i - Bu)2AlBF4. Butadiene does not take part in the formation of active center.
