摘要
以硫酸为晶形控制剂,与Ca(OH)2悬浮液混匀加入反应器,间歇碳化制备超细立方形CaCO3。其条件为:硫酸用量0.02mol/molCaO,Ca(OH)2悬浮液浓度9%~11%(质量分数),碳化温度16~20℃,CO2浓度20%~25%(体积分数),碳化空塔气速0.70~1.42cm/s。得到平均粒径为0.045μm的立方形超细CaCO3,粒度分布窄。该法生产方法简单,生产过程系统粘度变化不大,易于操作控制。
Using sulfuric acid as the crystalform controlling agent,it mixed homogeneously with Ca(OH) 2 suspension in the reactor,then the CO 2 is passed into the reactor for batch carbonation,finally the ultrafine cubic CaCO 3 particle is got. The optimum conditions are as follows:H 2SO 4,0.02 mol/mol CaO;the concentration of the Ca(OH) 2 suspension,9%~11%;the carbonation temperature 10~20 ℃;the concentration of CO 2,20%~25%;the gas velocity of opening tower,0.70~1.42 cm/s.The average diameter of the ultrafine cubic CaCO 3 particles obtained is 0.04 μm,and the particle size distribution is narrow.This method is simple and easy to control,the viscosity of the system varies litte in the process.
