摘要
面对受国际金融危机影响,大量农民工陆续返乡的现实,在剖析新的经济形势下,返乡农民工职业培训的现状与问题的基础上,从返乡农民工的特征,职业培训系统的各利益相关者角度,对其各自行为规律进行分析和讨论,并提出相应对策建议。
Influenced by international financial crisis, a larger number of migrant laborers have returned to their hometown in succession. Based on the discussions about the problems in occupational training for returning migrant laborers in current economic situation, and according to the characteristics of returning migrant laborers, the economic behaviors of different interest groups in occupational training system were analyzed and discussed. In the end, the related countermeasures were proposed.
