摘要
对七星矿东四采区下运带式输送系统及制动装置进行了详细计算和分析,得出了突然停电时造成飞车现象的根本原因是制动力矩不够的结论。据此,对原制动装置进行了改造。经实践证实,改造效果良好,为带式输送机下山运输制动装置的选型设计提供可靠的帮助。
This paper computes and analyzes the downward belt conveying system and the brak apparatus in Dongsi mining area of Qixing Mine in detail,and concludes that the ultimate cause leading to the phenomenon "run exceedingly fast" lies in the insufficient braking moment when the power supply is cut off suddenly. Accordingly,the reformation of the braking device is carried out. The practice verifies the efficiency is better and it provides the reliable assistance for the type selection and design of the brake apparatus used for the downward belt conveyor.
