摘要
在分析涡轮叶片精铸模具结构特征和制造工艺的基础上,结合精铸模具加工工艺规程设计经验,利用知识工程技术,开展了精铸模具加工工艺规程智能设计方法研究。主要内容包括零件特征信息模型建立、工艺知识库构建及基于特征的产生式规则推理机制研究。通过系统开发,最终实现了涡轮叶片精铸模具加工工艺规程的智能生成。
Based on the structure feature and manufacture process analysis of investment casting die for turbine blade, the intelligent design method for manufacture processing was studied in this paper in use of knowledge engineering. The main research focus on three aspects list as following: The part information modeling, process knowledge library development and feature-based ruling method, and an intelligent process design system for investment casting die was developed at last.
