摘要
目的探讨系统性健康教育对中老年高血压患者自我管理能力和生活质量的影响。方法将164例中老年高血压患者随机分为对照组和观察组各82例。对照组接受常规治疗和一般健康宣教,观察组在此基础上实施为期1个月系统性健康教育。比较两组患者干预前后的自我管理能力和生活质量评分。结果干预后,观察组在合理膳食、适度运动、心理平衡、遵医用药和血压监控等方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义,均P<0.05(χ2=4.822,4.080,5.591,4.822,4.998),而且观察组生活质量8个维度评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,均P<0.05(t=2.558,2.369,2.467,2.600,2.595,2.406,2.200,2.208)。结论系统性健康教育可提高中老年高血压患者的自我管理能力和生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of systematic health education on self-management ability and quality of life in mid-aged and elderly patients with hypertension. Methods A total of 164 cases of mid-aged and elderly patients with hypertension were randomly di- vided into control group and observation group, each consisting of 82 cases. Both groups received routine therapy and health education, and the systematic health education was added to the observation group for 1 month. The self-management and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention,the observation group was superior to the control group in terms of rational diet,appropriate activity, psychological equilibrium, adherence to medical treatment and blood pressure monitoring, with significant differences between the two groups, all P〈 0.05 (x 2= 4.822,4.080,5.591,4.822,4.998 respectively). Eight dimensions of quality of life scores were significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group, showing significant differences between the two groups, all P〈0.05 (t=2.558,2.369, 2.467,2.600,2.595,2.406,2.200,2.208 respectively). Conclusion Systematic health education can increase the self-management ability and quality of life in mid-aged and elderly patients with hypertension.
