摘要
针对织物分析中贾卡效应层次分割费时繁琐的问题,将图像分割技术应用于贾卡花型设计。文章叙述了阈值分割及仿真方法和实际应用,介绍了贾卡针织物分析设计流程。该方法对由两种组织区域组成的贾卡针织物特别适用,可以快速、准确得到织物花型图,使花型设计过程大大简化,提高设计效率和精度。
According to time-consuming and overlaborate problems of level segementation of jacquard knitted fabric,the pattern segementation technique was applied to jacquard pattern design. The threshold segementation and simulation methods and their applications were elaborated. The methods are applicable to jacquard knitted fabric composed of two kinds of stitch region, so as to get pattern lastly and accurately to simplify pattern design process and enhance design efficiency and accuracy.
