摘要
针对中小企业产业集群只注重"聚集"、不注重"联合",缺乏从战略层到操作层的全方位、深层次的协同管理的现状,对产业集群的协同管理进行了研究。给出了产业协同管理的概念,并研究了产业集群的协同管理机制,包括协同管理的形成机制、协同管理的运行机制和群体决策机制等。通过协同管理,使中小企业产业集群发挥最大的关联效应和协同效应。
Recently most industrial clusters emphasizes collaborative management from level of stratagem to the the collaborative management is studied. The concept grouping but ignores cooperation, overall and deeply level of operation is lacked. According to the problem, of industrial clusters is given, also the management mechanism is put forward. The management mechanism is composed of formation mechanism, operation mechanism and group decision mechanism. The cluster can bring the greatest effects of industrial correlation and synergy with collaborative management.
