摘要
研究了不同表面处理工艺的烧结NdFeB永磁磁钢在10%H2SO4溶液、10%NaOH溶液、乙酸异戊酯、10%NaCl溶液、机油以及盐雾试验箱和PCT试验箱中的表面涂层和镀层的抗腐蚀情况。结果表明在H2SO4、NaOH溶液、盐雾试验箱和PCT试验箱中镍铜复合镀层能较好地保护磁钢基体;乙酸异戊酯对磁钢外的环氧树脂保护层有腐蚀作用,其中环氧树脂与镍铜复合镀层之间的附着力较大,抗腐蚀能力强。
Different kinds of surface processes for sintered NdFeB permarent magnets were used to study the anti-corrosion effects of surface coating when they were putting into 10% H2SO4 ,10% NaOH,10% NaCl solution,isoamyl acetate, salt spray testing chamber and PCT testing chamber respectively. The result shows that the Cu-Ni composited coating can protect the magnet base well, and that the isoamyl acetate is corrosive to the epoxy resin coating,in which the adhesive force between the epoxy resin and the Cu-Ni composited coating is high enough to protect the magnet well.
