摘要
采用高纯Al2O3超细粉末,烧制成掺杂稀土氧化物的Al2O3透明陶瓷.以EPMA法观测透明陶瓷晶界处的化学组成及稀土氧化物的定态浓度分布,用非平衡态热力学理论分析晶界偏析行为.研究发现,添加物在Al2O3透明陶瓷晶界的浓度分布为非平衡态热力学组成分布,MgO,La2O3,Y2O3富集于晶界,符合定态耦合模型.
Alumina transparent ceramics doped with rare earth oxide were prepared using high purity Al 2O 3 ultrafine powder. The chemical composition at the crystal boundary of transparent ceramics was observed and the concentration distribution of rare earth oxide in stable state was measured by electron microprobe analysis. Solute partial separation behaviour at crystal boundary was analysed using non_equilibrium thermodynamic theory. Based on the study, the concentration distribution of the additive at the crystal boundary of alumina transparent ceramics is the non_equilibrium thermodynamic behaviour. MgO, La 2O 3 and Y 2O 3 are mainly concentrated at the crystal boundary and are in accordance with the coupling model in the stable state.
