以中性离子液体氯化1丁-基-3甲-基咪唑为溶剂,酸功能化离子液体1-甲基-3-(3磺-酸基丙基)咪唑硫酸氢盐为催化剂,对聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)水解回收对苯二甲酸反应进行了研究。考察了PET颗粒大小、催化剂和溶剂用量、反应温度和时间等因素对反应结果的影响。结果表明:PET颗粒大小和温度对反应结果的影响比较显著。在170℃,m(PET)∶m(H2O)∶m(溶剂)∶m(催化剂)=3∶4∶6∶0.6,4.5 h的较佳条件下,PET降解率大于99%,对苯二甲酸收率大于88%。另外,考察了离子液体的重复使用性能,重复使用8次后,PET降解率和对苯二甲酸收率没有明显降低。
The hydrolysis of poly ( ethylene terephthalate) (PET) to recover terephthalic acid (TPA) was studied by using ionic liquids 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride ([ Bmim ] [ C1 ] ) as solvent and 1-methyl-3-( 3- sulfopropyl)-imidazohum hydrogen sulfate ([ HSO3-pmim] [ HSO4 ] ) as catalyst. The effects of PET granule size, dosages of catalyst and solvent, temperature and time on the hydrolysis results were investigated. The results show that PET granule size and temperature are of significant effects on the hydrolysis results. Under the optimum conditions of 170 ~C, m (PET) : m ( U2 O) : m ( [ Smim ] [ C1 ] ) : m ( [ nsO3-pmim ] [ HSO4 ] ) = 3:4 : 6:0.6 and 4.5 h, the PET conversion rate and TPA yield are more than 99% and more than 88% respectively. The reusability of ionic liquids was also investigated. It shows that there is no obvious decrease for PET conversion rate and TPA yield after the ionic liquid is reused for 8 times.
