摘要
目的了解滦县2004-2009居民碘盐食用情况,及时发现问题采取相应的干预措施。方法按《河北省碘盐监测方案》抽样,对居民食用碘盐监测结果进行分析。结果检测居民户盐样1728份,碘盐覆盖率97.7%,合格碘盐食用率92.5%。结论滦县居民基本实现食用碘盐的目标,但仍有部分农村市场存在非碘盐,应采取综合干预措施和健康教育,提高居民合格碘盐食用率。
Objective To understand the status of household iodized salt use in Luanxian from 2004 to 2009, and provide evidence to take relevant intervenient measures. Methods The samples were collected according to ‘The Iodized Salt Use Surveillance Plan in Hebei’, and analysis was conducted on the sample test results.Results A total of 1 728 samples of household iodized salt were tested. The household iodized salt coverage rate was 97.7%, and the qualified rate of iodized salt was 92.5%. Conclusion The goal of using iodized salt by people has been achieved basically in Luanxian, but iodized salt was not sold in some rural area markets. It is necessary to conduct integrated intervention and health education to improve the household use of qualified iodized salt in Luanxian.
