摘要
目的对核燃料芯块制备生产线工作人员可能受到的辐射影响进行综合分析和评价。方法通过对某压水堆核燃料芯块制备生产线放射性职业病危害因素及辐射防护措施现场考察和分析,结合对生产线工作场所辐射水平及作业人员个人受照剂量的估算结果,与国家相关标准比较。结果在正常运行时,作业场所的放射性水平符合《电离辐射防护与辐射源安全基本标准》GB18871-2002和《铀加工与燃料制造设施辐射防护规定》(EJ1056-2005)的要求;工作人员的个人剂量每年的最大值为9.49mSv/a,低于行业标准EJ1056-2005规定的年有效剂量当量管理控制值10mSv/a。结论在正常运行条件下核燃料芯块制备生产线不会对工作人员的身体造成有意义的辐射危害。
Objective To analyze and evaluate comprehensively the possible radiation effects in nuclear fuel pel- let production line to workers. Methods Through on-site inspection and analysis of occupational radiation hazards and radiation protection measures of one pressurized water reactor nuclear fuel pellet production line,the radiation level of the production line and individual exposure dose by workers in the workplace were esti- mated, the results was compared with national standards. Results In normal operation, the radioactivity level in workplace met the requirements of Ionizing Radiation Protection and Basic Standard of Safety of Radiation Sources (GB18871 -2002) and The Radiation Protection Regulations of Uranium Processing and Fuel Fabrication Facilities (EJ1056 - 2005). The maximum annual individual dose to workers was 9.49mSv/a, which was lower than the management control value of annual ef- fective dose (lOmSv/a) stipulated by EJ1056 - 2005 (the industry standard). Conclusion During the nor- mal operation, the nuclear fuel pellets production line would bring no significant radiological hazards to the workers.
