吡咯烷二硫代氨基甲酸盐对子宫颈癌细胞顺铂敏感性的影响

摘要 多个随机临床试验的结果肯定了化疗对控制局部晚期宫颈癌的作用,以顺铂为基础的同步放化疗可提高宫颈癌的生存率,可使宫颈癌死亡危险下降50%。但化疗中耐药的出现是最棘手的问题,寻求增加化疗药物敏感性的研究对提高宫颈癌化疗的疗效有重大意义。近年来国外研究表明,
