摘要
研究了淬火温度对M2高速钢力学性能的影响规律。结果表明,随淬火温度的升高,M2高速钢的硬度、红硬性增加,但超过某一极限温度时,钢的硬度、红硬性又开始下降。与此同时随淬火温度的升高,M2高速钢的韧性逐渐降低,特别是超过1220℃时,韧性下降明显。因此,M2高速钢的淬火温度需要根据刀具对于红硬性及韧性的具体要求在一定范围内调整选择。
The effects of quenching temperature on mechanical properties of M2 high-speed steel were studied. The results show that hardness,wear resistance and red hardness increase by increasing quenching temperature to a certain temperature. Above the temperature,hardness and red hardness decrease. Toughness decreases by increasing quenching temperature,especially above 1220 ℃. Therefore,quenching temperature of M2 high-speed steel should be adjusted in a certain extent according to the required red hardness and toughness of the tools.
