雷帕霉素单药及联合硼替佐米、柔红霉素对白血病细胞株抗肿瘤效应的研究 被引量:7

摘要 雷帕霉素是大环内酯类抗生素,因其强效的免疫抑制和抗细胞增殖活性,主要用于器官移植后急性排斥反应的防治。近年来研究发现血液肿瘤细胞存在P13K/AKT/mTOR信号通路的激活,而雷帕霉素能特异性结合并抑制rnrrOR的活性,导致肿瘤细胞周期阻滞和细胞凋亡,
