摘要
采用面向对象编程技术开发实现了电子束焊接的工艺设计以及相关文档的编制、管理;以Oracle数据库为底层,建立了电子束焊接数据库,实现了电子束焊接工艺数据的存储和管理。系统确保了电子束焊接结构的质量和性能,缩短了确定焊接参数的周期,提高了工艺文档管理水平和效率。
With object-oriented programming technology, technology process designing of electron beam welding, and the authorizing and managing of referenced documents were developed and implemented. Based on Oracle database system, the electron beam welding database was established, saving and managing operation of the technology data was achieved. The system ensures the quality and performance of the electron beam welded structure, shorten the cycle of process parameters designing, and increases the level of documents managing and efficiency.
