摘要
氨合成催化剂升温还原气中含有氢气、氮气、氩气、氨及微量水。其中的微量水与电石反应,转化成乙炔;氢气、氮气、氩气及氨气与电石不反应。转化后的气体经PorapakN柱分离、SP3430型气相色谱仪串联的TCD、FID检测器,在TCD上检测出氨气,在FID上检测出乙炔。用外标法计算出乙炔及氨含量,并经换算计算出水汽浓度。
The heating up reduction gases for ammonia synthesis catalyst contain hydrogen,nitrogen,argon,ammonia and traces of water,among which the water reacts with calcium carbide to form acetylene,while hydrogen,nitrogen,argon and ammonia do not react with it The treated gases are separated by a Porapak N column and pass through the TCD and FID detectors connected in series with a SP3430 gas chromatograph,where the ammonia is detected on the TCD and the acetylene on the FID,then the acetylene and ammonia contents are calculated by means of external standard methed,and the water content is defined.
