摘要
文章分析图书馆服务质量存在的问题,引入当前国际上最前沿的六西格玛管理方法,构建图书馆服务管理过程模型,提出六西格玛管理理念应用于图书馆服务质量管理的思路。
The paper analyses the current problems of library services and provides a new model of library management by applying the ad vanced international six-sigma to improve the quality of library service. And the paper presents a pragmatic framework of adapting this model in to library management as well.
