摘要
以月季石榴(Punica granatum L.)的3个不同果色表现型(白皮、紫皮、红皮)为试材,通过Folin-Ciocalte-us比色法分别测定了其叶片、花蕾、果皮、果汁和果籽的多酚含量(FW)。结果表明:石榴的叶片、花蕾、果皮、果汁、果籽中均含有多酚,且叶片、花蕾、果皮中的多酚含量(64.90-91.35 mg/g)显著高于果汁和果籽中的多酚含量(0.93-1.43 mg/g);不同品种同一器官的多酚含量差异显著,其中叶片中白皮石榴与紫皮的多酚含量(91.57-95.78 mg/g)较高,花蕾中多酚含量较高的是白皮石榴与红皮石榴(67.90-69.25 mg/g),在果皮、果汁和果籽中白皮石榴的多酚含量均最高,分别为77.37、1.08和1.60 mg/g。石榴多酚的分布具有明显的器官及品种特异性。
Polyphenols content(FW) in different organs of three fruit-color phenotypes(white,violet,and red) of Yueji pomegranate(Punica granatum Linn.var.nana Pers.) was investigated according to the method of Folin-Ciocalteus.The results showed that leaf,flower bud,pericarp,sarcocarp and seed of pomegranate all contained polyphenols.Moreover,the polyphenols content in the leaf,flower bud and pericarp(from 64.90 mg/g to 91.35 mg/g) were significantly higher than those in the sarcocarp and seed(from 0.93 mg/g to 1.43 mg/g).There was significant difference in the polyphenols content of the same organ among the three fruit-color phenotypes.In the leaf,the polyphenols content of white phenotype and violet phenotype(from 91.57 mg/g to 95.78 mg/g) was the highest.In the flower bud,the polyphenols content of white phenotype and red phenotype(from 67.90 mg/g to 69.25 mg/g) was the highest.The polyphenols content of white phenotype was the highest in the pericarp(77.37 mg/g),arcocarp(1.08 mg/g) and seed(1.60 mg/g) respectively.This finding indicated that the distribution of polyphenols in pomegranate is both organ and cultivar-specific.
