摘要
为了有效地了解数控机床的工作状态,提出一种基于DSP处理器TMS320LF2407的加工过程监控系统。根据功能将数控机床加工过程监控系统分为3个组成部分,即数据采集单元、信号处理单元和故障诊断与监控中心,重点探讨数据采集、信号分析单元的实现方法。该系统结构简单、性能稳定、具有较好的可扩展性,可对数控机床的加工过程进行实时监视,及时发现故障并进行维修,实现数控机床的远程监控和集中管理。
In order to understand the working state of the CNC machine tools, a machining process remote monitoring system based on DSP processor TMS320LF2407 was proposed. According to its function, the remote monitoring system for CNC machining process was divided into three components: data collection module, signal analysis module, fault diagnose and control module. The implementation methods of the data collection module and signal analysis module were discussed. The system has simple structure, stable performance and good scalability, and it can real-time monitor the machining process of the CNC machine tools, find and repair the faults timely. The remote monitoring and centralized management of the CNC machine tools are implemented.
