摘要 目的探讨移居高原官兵尿液常规检测指标的变化,了解高原环境对泌尿系统的影响。方法对驻守在海拔4280 m高原5个月以上的某部140名青年男性官兵(年龄18~33岁),留取晨起中段尿液5~10 ml,利用BArER尿十项分析仪和试纸进行检测。为确保检测结果的可靠性,每天检测前进行仪器校正。结果在140名受检者中,尿糖(GLU)轻微增高(5.5 mmol/L)者占57.80%,胆红素(BIL)轻度异常者占33.6%,酮体(KET)轻微增多者占13.6%,尿比密(SG)>1.03者占13.6%,尿潜血(BLO)阳性者占17.1%,尿蛋白(PRO)阳性者占72.1%,尿胆原(URO)>32μmol/L者占4.3%,pH值<5.5者占13.6%,亚硝酸盐(NIT)异常者占37.1%,尿白细胞(WBC)异常者占0.7%。结论驻守高原官兵尿理化指标有显著改变,提示高原低氧环境对泌尿系统功能有显著影响。 Objective To investigate the changes in routine urianalysis in servicemen who had transmigrated to high altitude so as to realize the effect of high altitude on urinary system.Methods Midstream urine(5-10 ml) was collected in 140 soldiers who had stayed at a high altitude(4280 m) for more than five months as soon as they got up in the morning.The urine was tested by 10-item Urine Analyzer and reagent paper(produced by Suzhou No.1 Medicine Co.Ltd).To ensure reliability of test results,daily quality control testing instrument was taken prior to testing.Results Of the 140 subjects,urine glucose(GLU) mildly exceeded 5.5 mmolL in 57.80%,bilirubinic(BIL) was mildly abnormal in 33.6%,ketone bodies(KET) mildly increased in 13.6%,specific gravity(SG) exceeded 1.03 in 13.6%,occult blood(BLO) was positive in 17.1%,protein(PRO) was positive in 72.1%,urobilinogen(URO) exceeded 32 μmol/L in 4.3%,pH was 5.5 in 13.6%,nitrite(NIT) was abnormal in 37.1%,and white blood cell was abnormal in 0.7%.Conclusion Urine biochemical indicators of soldiers permanently stationed at high altitude change dramatically,which indicates that high altitude hypoxia remarkably affect the function of urinary system.The pathogenic mechanisms and the preventive measures deserve intensive study.
