早期复极的有关影响因素分析

摘要 目的探讨早期复极患病率与性别、年龄及机体有氧活动量的关系。方法对2007年1月—2009年9月25 520例企事业单位人员进行健康体检,所有人均做12导联心电图检查分析。结果早期复极患病率为3.54%,其中男性4.14%(21~30岁占4.89%,31~40岁占4.54%,41~50岁占2.38%),女性占0.45%(21~30岁占0.52%,31~40岁占0.48%,41~50岁0.34%)。轻度体力活动强度人群患病率2.18%,中度以上体力活动强度人群患病率4.52%。结论早期复极多发于男性青壮年,而且,易发生在有氧活动量较高的人群中,提示早期复极与迷走神经张力增高有关。 Objective To learn the morbidity of early repolarization(ER) syndrome and its relation to sex,age and athletics.Methods A census was performed on 25,520 subjects by means of cluster sampling Jan 2007 through Sep 2009.Results ER morbidity was 3.54%.The morbidity was 4.14% in males(4.89%,4.54% and 2.38% in those between 21-30,31-40 and 41-50 years old,respectively),and was 0.45% in females(0.52%,0.48% and 0.34% in the same age distribution).ER prevalence was 2.18% in sedentary group and 4.52% in athletic group.Conclusion ER prevalence is higher in young men and athletic individuals,which provides the support for a vagal nerve role in ER.
