摘要
以一台高负荷、高转速的单级跨声速轴流压气机为对象,采用全三维数值方法对有无阻尼台的压气机内部流场进行模拟,着重讨论了压气机转子中带阻尼台部分区域及端壁区域的流场。数值计算结果指出阻尼台的引入降低了该压气机的性能。流场分析表明,带阻尼台后增大了动叶中部通道(阻尼台附近)及静叶靠近机匣的区域的流动损失,但对动叶顶部流场、动叶吸力面附近的分离线位置和形状影响很小。
The numerical investigation of flow-field was performed on a high rotating speed and high load two-stage transonic fan with non-damped and damped setting by the 3D numerical simulation mean. The flow field of end wall and damped setting in compressor rotor was discussed mostly. The result of numerical simulation showed the compressor performance was reduced with damped setting. The detailed analysis of flow-filed in the compressor indicated that flow loss was increased in middle part rotor passage (near damped setting) and near stator shroud with damped setting. The flow field of rotor tip, the location and shape of separated line near rotor suction was influenced not half.
