摘要
压缩因子是天然气开发与输运过程中的重要物性参数,与其他相关参数密切相关。目前计算压缩因子的方法多是针对常规天然气,用于计算高含硫天然气的压缩因子会产生较大误差。对于硫化氢的物质含量小于12%的高含硫天然气体系,用4种状态方程计算其在两个范围内的压缩因子,并与标准压缩因子图进行对比分析,由此确定各方程适用范围。通过实例,比较状态方程法和经验公式法的计算误差。
Compression factor is a very important physical parameter in the process of natural gas development and transmission. The common methods of calculating compression factor mostly aim at conventional gas, so there will be great error if use these methods to calculate the compression factor of high-sulfur natural gas.Use the four state equations of state to calculate the compression factor of high-sulfur natural gas whose hydrogen sulfide content is less than 12%. Compare the calculated compression factor with the standard compression factor chart and get the scopes of application of these four equations. Compare the calculating errors of state equations and experiential formulas.
