摘要
本实验以Long Michael提出的"交际与语言知识并重"教学模式为理论框架,通过实验方法对大学英语教学中"交际与语言知识并重"模式的运用效果进行研究。台州学院的100名2008级非英语专业本科生参加了此实验。基于SPSS16.0完成了实验数据的定性和定量分析。实验结果表明:接受"交际与语言知识并重"模式的学生的语言能力明显高于未接受该模式的学生;"交际与语言知识并重"模式教学效果显著,对提高学生的语言能力有正面影响。
This study investigates the effect of "Focus on Form and Meaning" theory put forward by Long Michael on college students' from Taizhou University participated in language ability. Altogether 100 freshmen of non-English majors the study. The qualitative and quantitive analysis of the statistics are finished based on SPSS16.0. The result shows that the students under the mode of "Focus on Form and Meaning" outperformed in language ability those under the traditional mode. "Focus on Form and Meaning" has positive effect on students' language ability.
