摘要
通过整理问卷调查结果,分析了导致高校毕业生就业困难的教育内因:专业调整滞后、就业指导落后、办学理念老化、就业工作阶段化,并提出了解决问题的几点措施:更新就业观念、创新办学理念和培养模式、创新就业指导模式、注重培育学生核心竞争力、构建全员全程化就业指导的内容体系。
By using the questionnaire results, this paper has analyzed the education' s internal causes that resulted in the college graduates' employment difficulty, namely lagged behind specialty adjustment, backward job - seeking guidance, old - fashioned school - running concept and staged job - seeking work. This paper also proposes a couple of countermeasures, i.e. updating job - seeking concept, innovating school - running concept and training modes as well as job - seeking guidance, attaching much attention to cultivating students' core competitiveness and building all -employee and thorough employment guidance system.
