摘要
文章站在经济学的视角,用普遍认同的经济学中"资源配置"理论为研究起点,以文献阅读为主要研究方法,理性回顾我国农村民主建设过程,认真思考我国农村民主化发展带来的特殊意义,客观分析农村民主建设中出现的现实问题,指出理性对待形势和难题,通过加强立法、完善体制,吸引高素质人才参与其中等途径,有助于进一步推进并完善我国农村民主建设。
Theoretically based on the generally-accepted economics term ＂allocation of resources＂ and conducted by literature reading,the paper rationally recalls the process of the development of democracy in China＇s rural areas and contemplate the special significance brought abut by democratization.By analyzing the existing problems in the course,the paper recommends that the current situation be properly realized and the difficulties reasonably handled.It is suggested that the strengthening of legislation,the perfection of the administrative structure,and the participation of high-quality personnel contribute to the democratic development in China＇s rural areas.
