放线菌P3-2的抗菌活性筛选及发酵液稳定性研究 被引量:7

摘要 对贵州高坡地区不同类型的土壤中分离出的256株放线菌进行发酵液拮抗性筛选,得到1株放线菌菌株P3-2。采用菌丝生长速率法,对其抗菌活性进行研究,并在不同条件下测定发酵液的稳定性,结果表明,放线菌P3-2菌株发酵液对14种供试病原菌均具有不同程度的抑制作用,其10倍稀释液对其中9种病原真菌菌丝生长的抑制率达到85%以上,尤其对油菜菌核病菌和黄瓜灰霉病菌的抑菌效果最好,抑制率达到100%。发酵液的稳定性测定结果表明,发酵液对热、酸和紫外线均较稳定,对碱稳定性较差。该菌株的代谢产物具有广谱抑菌活性和较强的稳定性,具有一定的研究开发价值。 256 actinomycetes were isolated from different soil collected from Gaopo area in Guizhou province and one strain P3-2 was got.By means of myeelium growth rate,the antibiotic activities and stability of fermentation broth of strain P3-2 were studied.The antimicrebial teat showed that:the inhibition rate of all the 14 strains were different and 9 of them was more than 85% when fermentation broths was diluted by l0 times.Organize method tests showed that inhibition rate of fermentation broths of the strain P3-2 to Sclerotinia sclerotiorum and Botrytis cinerea was 100%.Through the research of stability of fermentation broths of actinomycete strain P3-2 to heat ,acid ,alkali and light,it had a stable activity to heat,acid and UV,but unstable to alkali.Antimicrobial spectrum of actinomycete strain P3-2 was widely and antimicrobial activity of fermentation broths was stable.The actinomycete strain P3-2 had some research value and was worth developing.
