摘要
目的:探讨11C-蛋氨酸(MET)PET-CT显像诊断原发性乳腺癌的临床应用价值。方法:因临床疑诊为原发性乳腺癌而行11C-METPET-CT显像的患者45例,显像后均行手术切除或穿刺活检。将PET-CT诊断结果与病理结果对照,分析11C-METPET-CT显像诊断乳腺癌的灵敏度和特异性。结果:以手术或活检病理结果为"金标准",11C-METPET-CT显像诊断乳腺癌的灵敏度、特异性和准确性分别为100%(44/44)、80%(12/15)、94.9%(56/69)。结论:11C-METPET-CT显像在乳腺癌早期准确诊断方面具有重要价值。
Objective:The aim of this study was to evaluate the clinical role of 11C-methionine(MET) PET-CT in detection of breast cancer.Methods:11C-MET PET-CT scans were performed on 45 patients with suspected breast tumor.The final diagnosis was obtained by pathologic finding from surgery or biopsy.Results:The overall sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of 11C-MET PET-CT for detecting primary breast cancer were 100%(44/44),80%(12/15) and 94.9%(56/59),respectively.Conclusion:11C-MET PET-CT is a valuable imaging tool to early detect breast cancer.【
