摘要
针对催化裂化汽油脱硫醇尾气直接排放导致污染环境、降低效益和造成生产隐患的问题,采用再吸收油吸收尾气的方案进行了改造。改造后尾气中的烃含量由改造前的35%降至2%以下,年回收汽油200t。既保护了环境,又增加了经济效益RMB4×104以上。
In view of the problems of environmental pollution,economic effect decrement, and hidden trouble in production caused by the direct exhausting of FCC gasoline sweetening tail gas, the revamping option by using reabsorbing oil to absorb tail gas was adopted. After revamping, the hydrocarbon content in tail gas decreased from 35% to less than 2%, and 200t gasoline was annually recovered. These not only protect environment but also increase economic effect by ove RMB 4 ×104.
