摘要
转晶剂是常压盐溶液法制备α-半水脱硫石膏的关键因素之一。从晶体形貌、脱水速率、液相离子浓度等多个角度考察了各类转晶剂对α-半水脱硫石膏的影响规律及其作用机理。结果表明,多元有机酸类转晶剂的效果最显著,在适宜掺量下,可以获得长径比接近1∶1的理想短柱状晶体。
Crystal modifier is one of the most critical factors in preparation of α-semi hydrated gypsum by aqueous salt solution method in atmospheric pressure..The influence of various types of crystal modifiers on α-semi hydrated gypsum and its mechanism were researched from aspects of crystal morphology,dehydration rate,liquid ion concentration,and so on. The results showed that:multi-organic acid crystal modifier has the most significant effect to α-semi hydrated gypsum,and an ideal short columnar crystal with aspect ratio close to 1:1 could be acquired in an appropriate dosage.
