摘要 发动机工作过程仿真已经成为发动机开发设计和改进工作的一个重要手段和环节。然而,对于发动机仿真研究而言,仿真模型的准确性至关重要。以4CK发动机结构参数为基础,运用一维动力学软件GT-POWER建立发动机燃烧工作过程模型。通过发动机台架试验获取的外特性功率、油耗及最大扭矩功工况缸内压力数据和GT-POWER仿真计算结果的对比,验证发动机仿真模型的有效性。 The simulation of engine working process has been one of the most important means and link in the design and improvement of engine. However, for engine simulation studies, the accuracy of simulation model is essential. Based on the structure parameters of 4CK engine, a working process of the engine was built with one dimensional dynamic software GT-power in this paper. Comparing the data of engine power, fuel consumption and cylinder pressure for outer characteristics through engine experiment to the simulation results through GT-POWER to verify the validity of simulation model of the engine and prepare for further study.
