基于徐变试验的斜拉桥有限元分析

摘要 结合荆州长江大桥工程实例,探讨了高性能混凝土的徐变试验与斜拉桥施工阶段的分析方法。通过建立有限元分析模型,分析了混凝土徐变对主梁应力状态的影响,将斜拉桥按照CEB-FIP MC90、ACI209(92)与用户定义3种徐变预测模型计算出的数据与实际监测的数据进行对比分析,结果表明:按照CEB-FIP预测模型计算的徐变偏大,采用ACI与用户定义预测模型计算得到的应力与实际监测结果差别不大。 The Jingzhou Changjiang Bridge is taken as an example to discuss the experimental research of high-performance concrete and the analysis approaches of calculation in the construction process of cable-stayed bridge.Through the establishment of the finite element simulation model,analysis of the impact of concrete creep on the stress state of the main beam is made.The stress calculation from the three kinds of CEB-FIP,ACI and user defined forecast model by the software and the actual monitored data are compared and analyzed.The results show that the stress from the CEB-FIP forecast model are higher than actual montoring.The data from ACI and user defined calculate are close to the actual monitoring results.
