摘要
研究了显色剂溴代二甲氨基苯基荧光酮(BDMAF)与Mg2+的显色反应条件及其干扰因素,该体系适宜酸度为pH9~10.5,络合物在570nm处有最大吸收,其表观摩尔吸光系数为2.3×104,Mg2+量在0~20μg/25mL范围内符合比耳定律,本法具有较高的选择性和灵敏度,可用于矿石中镁含量的测定,操作简便。
The conditions of colored reaction and the interference factors of colored agent BDMAF with Mg 2+ were studied. In this system, the fit acidity is pH 9 ̄10.5; there is greatest absorbance of complex compound in the wavelength 570nm; its apprent molar absorptivity is 2.3×10 4; Mg 2+ volume being in the range 0 ̄20 μg/25mL accords with Ball's law. This method has higher selectivity and sensitivity, can apply to determine content of magnesium in ore. Its operating performance is simple. The results of determination were satisfied.
