摘要
讨论了防老剂RD合成的反应机理,并提出反应机理的复杂性决定影响因素的复杂多样性;考虑了催化剂、酸和药品用量以及反应时间等因素对产率的影响,找出了最佳反应条件为:丙酮的滴加时间5小时,保持缩合温度130~140℃,胺酮量比为1∶2,催化剂的用量为苯胺的20%.得到较好的收率.
The paper discusses the reaction mechanism of antioxidant RD synthesis and points out that the complexity of the reaction mechanism decides that of affecting factors.From the impact of catalyst,acid,dosage,reaction time on the production rate the best reaction conditions are found.The result shows that the ratio of acetone and aniline is 1:2 at 130-140℃ with 20%(aniline) dosage of concentrated hydrochloric acid as catalyst.The acetone is being dripped during the reaction.The reaction has been improved,the rate of reaction significantly higher.
