摘要
目的观察人工流产术后即时放置宫内节育器(IUD)的临床效果。方法选择人工流产后自愿即时放置IUD而无禁忌者152例作为观察组,于经后和经间期放置IUD者178例作为对照组。对2组术后1、3、6、12个月各随访1次,了解月经情况、节育器脱落、不良反应及意外妊娠情况。结果2组术后1、3、6个月月经异常发生率与痛经发生率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组1年内带器妊娠发生率、脱落率、因症取出率和续用率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论人工流产术后即时放置宫内节育器安全有效,具有可行性。
Objective To observe clinical effect of IUD insertion immediately after abortion.Methods Selected voluntary placed IUD immediate post-abortion and without taboos as the observation group of 152 cases,placed IUD inter-menstrual period of 178 cases as control group.Observed the two groups of menstruation,IUD off,adverse reactions and unexpected pregnancy situations.after 1 month,3 months,6 months and 12 months.Results The incidence of menstrual disorders and dysmenorrhea of the two groups were no significant difference after operation for 1,3,6 months（P0.05）;The incidence of pregnancy with IUD,expulsion rate,removal rate due to disease and continued with no significant difference between the two groups in 1 year（P0.05）.Conclusion IUD insertion immediately after abortion is safe,effective and feasible.
