摘要
根据双泵双马达闭式静液驱动系统的工作原理及特点,分析了由控制阀组将蓄能器连入系统后系统的工作特性;基于Matlab/Simulink平台,从吸收压力冲击、能量回收及再利用的角度,建立了系统模型,仿真分析了不同容积、不同充气压力的蓄能器在静液驱动系统中吸收压力冲击的效果、在制动工况下回收能量及在驱动工况下能量再利用的效果,得到了系统能量回收率、制动时间随蓄能器关键参数变化的仿真曲线及起步、加速过程车速变化曲线,分析了蓄能器对缓解系统压力冲击、系统制动性能及驱动性能的影响。
Based on two-pump-two-motor hydrostatic transmission system, the system characteristic was analyzed after introducing accumulator and electronically controlled on-off valves into the hydrostatic transmission system. By establishing the mathematical models of accumulator, system models were set up with the module of MATLAB/SIMULINK. By simulating the dynamic characteristic of the system under hydraulic shock, braking condition and driving condition, the effect of accumulator on reducing hydraulic shock and the influence on braking and driving performance of the hydro-hybrid power system were analyzed.
