摘要
基于动态链接库方式，实现医院信息系统和医保信息系统的数据交换，医保病人费用不用三次输入，既有效地避免了输入差错的发生．实现了两个相对独立系统的数据一致性，从而建立更加完善的HIS和医保系统。
The realization between hospital information system and medical insurance system based on dynamic link library.In this way the finance of medicare patients will no secondary input, effectively avoid the occurrence of input errors ,and it＇s ensure two relatively inde- pendent systems achieve data consistency.Thereby establishing a more comprehensive HIS and health-care system.
