摘要
以正在开发的山东工业职业学院综合人力资源管理系统为依据，从数据库物理设计、与数据库相关的硬件设计和数据库操作等角度研究数据库优化策略，用以提高系统性能，更好为学院的人力资源管理服务。
To being developed by Shandong Vocational College of integrated human resource management system based on physical design from the database, and database-related hardware design and database operations such as point of view in a database optimization strategies to improve system performance, better for the College of Human Resources management services.
