摘要
员工素质与绩效之间的关系是一种隐性的关系,本文引用灰色理论对员工素质与绩效之间的关联度进行量化分析,使得素质与绩效之间的关系数量化、明确化,达到提高人力资源决策质量的目的。
It is a hidden relationship between employee' s quality and performance. This article cite the theory of gray to quantitative analysis the correlation between staff' s performance and quality, and makes the relationship more quantitatively and clearly, there-fore achieve the purpose to improve the quality of human resources decision -making.
