寒地百合小鳞茎膨大发育过程中碳水化合物的变化研究 被引量:2

摘要 对2个百合品种的小鳞茎膨大发育过程中碳水化合物变化进行了研究。结果表明:百合鳞茎和新鳞茎中淀粉含量始终高于茎叶和根;小鳞茎中淀粉含量苗期前降低,苗期至半枯期持续增加,半枯期至采收期淀粉含量稍下降;鳞茎中可溶性糖含量于栽植期最高,栽植期至苗期迅速下降,此后其含量基本稳定;鳞茎中还原糖从栽植期至现蕾后24 d始终呈下降趋势,而后稳中有升;茎叶中淀粉和可溶性糖含量从栽植期至半枯期始终呈上升趋势;苗期后,根系中还原糖含量几乎始终呈上升趋势。 The changes of carbohydrate metabolism in enlarging lily bulblet were studied with two lily species. The results indicated that the contents o{ starch in lily bulblet and daughter bulblet were always higher than those of stem leaves and roots. The contents of starch in lily bulblets decreased during seedling stage and continued to increase from seedling stage to half-withered stage, and then a slightly decline. The soluble sugar content in lily bulblet was highest in planting time and decreased quickly to seedling stage, after which the content of soluble sugar kept basically stability. The reducing sugar content in lily blublet was kept falling from planting time to 24 day, after-budding stage, and then steadily increasing. The contents of starch and soluble sugar in stem leaves were always on the rise from plant time to half-withered stage. The reduce sugar content in roots was always increaseing after seedling stage.
