摘要 ‘桂热杧120号’是从黄象牙杧实生树选出的加工兼鲜食型杧果新品种。在南宁市,3月中旬至4月中旬开花,8月上旬果实成熟。果实长椭圆形,果皮绿色,单果重320g,阳面浅紫红色;成熟果皮橙黄色,果肉黄色,纤维极少,肉质坚实细腻,味清甜,果汁中等,可溶性固形物含量17.8%~20.4%,总酸含量0.26%,β-胡萝卜素含量33.9mg.(100g)-1,可食率73.3%,果肉出浆率65.4%,品质好,较耐贮运,鲜食、加工皆宜。 'Guiremang120' (Mangifera indica L. ), a new variety for both processing and fresh con- sumption, was selected from Aroemwnis seedling trees. The blossoming period is from middle March to middle April. The fruit matures in early August in Nanning city. The new variety is characterized by oblong, green pericarp which is purplish- red exposed to the sunlight and turned orange -yellow when ripe. The fully ripe fruit of 'Guiremangl20'is yellow pulp with tender and smooth texture, little fiber, sweet flavor and moderate juice content. Total soluble solids (TSS) content varied between 17.8% to 20. 4%. Titrating acid content (TA) is 0. 26%, β - carotene 33.9 mg ·( 100 g) -1, edi- ble rate 73.3%, fruit pulp rate 65.4%. The quality of 'Guiremang120'is excellent, which is good for both processing and fresh consumption.
